awesome coffee, a gorgeous location. parking can be an issue - you can’t use the nearby garage. I had an affogato, which was delicious.

2) 1st visit, but I will return!

was there for Lisa Scottoline’s book event on March 26, 2024, & was so happy when I received an email offer for dinner before the event. I made a 4:15 pm reservation online and got confirmation & it was perfect from the moment I walked inside. My server was Perla B. She was welcoming & informed about the menu. She was happy to omit something from my omelet order. The omelette was enormous with delicious sides. I was so impressed & really came here not knowing what to expect. I am already looking at what upcoming events Oxford Exchange has plus I am anxious to return & bring Family when they visit me. Oxford Exchange does everything well.

2) Fabulous Breakfasts and Brunch!!!

Was staying nearby on a business trip and looking for a good place for breakfast. The staff at our hotel recommended Samaria and it definitely did not disappoint. In fact it was so good we ate there every morning for four days straight. All the staff was lovely but Terry really was so warm and inviting. Everything is made fresh and the quality and portions are very consistent. The omelets are definitely bigger than what I get in NY. You can tell a lot of pride goes into every dish. They have dishes with a French influence as well but I stuck to their omelets and would take a wrap to go with their homemade potato chips for lunch. Home now and already missing their breakfast!

Stopped in here for breakfast. They have a great selection of breakfast options. The breakfast sandwich was excellent…not a typical breakfast sandwich. 1) First-time visit to La Creperia Cafe. I was simply looking for a good cappuccino and I found it. Carlos makes a great cappuccino, I was quite impressed. I am a self-confessed coffee snob. If you are in Ybor and want a good coffee, go see Carlos. I can't get a true cappuccino like that at Starbucks (everything is a latte there no matter what you order) but Carlos takes great care to do it right. I did not eat at La Creperia but I can recommend it for a good cappuccino. Next time will try the menu.

- Chris C (Wesley Chapel)

2) Fantastic breakfast crepes!

Went here 3x for breakfast while staying at Hotel Haya. Only was able to be seated 2x though. Their crepes are delicious for breakfast. Not the friendliest people running the joint, but food worth the attitude!

1) Finally! Proper French Toast!

Shelly’s is a comfortable and friendly breakfast and lunch café. The coffee is nice and strong, and the raisin toast (often hard to find) is good. Shelly’s brags a bit about their pancakes and I’ll try them next time. But for now, I wanted French toast. So often it’s soggy in the middle and here it isn’t. The French toast was covered with a wonderful variety and amount of delicious fresh fruit. The bacon eggs were good. I thought it was slightly pricey. In any case, I’ll have to return for the pancakes.

- Keith B (Largo)

2) Hidden Gem

On the way back from the VA Hospital, a little out of our way home, but definitely worth the detour. Super friendly service. Our waitress Izzy was exceptional. The Tampa omelette was delicious. The bacon was cooked as ordered. Every plate we saw delivered had a beautiful presentation. We will definitely be back.

2) Great food in a perfect city setting

Visiting Tampa and came across Chez Faby. Menu had so much to choose from ranging from crepes, salads, paninis, and sandwiches. We started with a cappuccino and caramel mochiato….both were outstanding. We spilt one and they kindly replaced….such good service all throughout our meal. We both got crepe with prosciutto, tomato, spinach, and cheese. It was a very delicious combination. We had lobster bisque which had a great texture and flavor. Overall just a great experience.
