60 ml rose water
40 ml water
70 ml freshly brewed strong coffee or espresso
2 tbsp. honey rose syrup
120 ml milk

How to Make Strawberry Espresso Tonic?

Step 1

Grab your trusty coffee maker and brew your coffee. Here I am using a Hario V60 coffee maker. For this, grind your beans to a medium coarse consistency for a smooth extraction. Today, we're aiming for a concentrated brew, so use a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio i.e. for every 1 part of coffee use 15 parts of hot water. Let the hot water extract the intense coffee flavors from the grounds.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, combine honey, rose water, and water. Once done, place the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally at different intervals until it comes to a simmer. Let it simmer for 1 minute and after that remove it from heat. Later transfer the syrup to a small container for storage.

Now take a glass and add some ice cubes to it as per your preferences.

Now add around 2 tablespoons of honey rose syrup into the glass with cubes.
